Metallising is the process of coating various materials such as ABS plastics, acrylics, ceramics, glass etc by vapor deposition under very low vacuum in our specialised coating chambers. The material that is going to be applied is heated until it starts to evaporate, injected into the chamber, and this vaporised metal condenses on the product or workpiece as a thin metallic film. As this is happening the part is rotated for coating uniformity.
We specialise in metallising various products for the automotive, machinery and manufacturing industry, but can easily apply to technique to home decorations, toys, sporting goods & trophies and the cosmetics industry.
